We offer paid plans and/or credit packs that can be used to generate or edit images. Because the Service may incur costs immediately when credits are used, refunds are limited.

Eligibility

You may request a refund if all of the following are true:

1. Request window: you contact us within 7 days of purchase.
2. Usage threshold: you have used less than 50% of the purchased credits (or equivalent plan usage) at the time we review the request.
3. Good-faith use: the purchase and use are not associated with fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service.

How to request a refund

• your order number (or the email used at checkout),
• the date of purchase,
• the reason for the refund request, and
• any relevant screenshots or error details (if applicable).

Review and processing

• Review time: typically within 2–3 business days.
• If approved: refunds are usually returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.

After a refund

If a refund is approved:

• we will remove or adjust the related credits/plan entitlement, and
• we may restrict access to paid features if the remaining credit balance is below the required minimum.

Non-refundable situations

Refunds are generally not available for:

• requests made more than 7 days after purchase,
• purchases where 50% or more of credits have been used,
• accounts that violated our Terms or engaged in abusive behavior,
• chargebacks or payment disputes that have been initiated (please contact support first).
