This Refund Policy explains when Gpt Images may provide refunds for purchases made on https://gptimages.app.
Overview
We offer paid plans and/or credit packs that can be used to generate or edit images. Because the Service may incur costs immediately when credits are used, refunds are limited.
Eligibility
You may request a refund if all of the following are true:
- Request window: you contact us within 7 days of purchase.
- Usage threshold: you have used less than 50% of the purchased credits (or equivalent plan usage) at the time we review the request.
- Good-faith use: the purchase and use are not associated with fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service.
How to request a refund

- your order number (or the email used at checkout),
- the date of purchase,
- the reason for the refund request, and
- any relevant screenshots or error details (if applicable).
Review and processing
- Review time: typically within 2–3 business days.
- If approved: refunds are usually returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
After a refund
If a refund is approved:
- we will remove or adjust the related credits/plan entitlement, and
- we may restrict access to paid features if the remaining credit balance is below the required minimum.
Non-refundable situations
Refunds are generally not available for:
- requests made more than 7 days after purchase,
- purchases where 50% or more of credits have been used,
- accounts that violated our Terms or engaged in abusive behavior,
- chargebacks or payment disputes that have been initiated (please contact support first).
